I have been on hold now for over 15 mins and I really do have other things to do… So I will let someone else have my place in the queue… But I will keep this eBay customer support number for future reference… If I had a real problem it could come in handy – especially if a real employee with real answers answers the call…

eBay Trust & Safety told Dan he was removed for non-performance.
10 years and 3000+ good solid positive feedback is now a non-performing seller on eBay, at least if you have two outstanding unresolved disputes and 10 neutrals in your history.
The difference between a seller with one good feedback and a Powerseller with 10,000 feedback is zero if your transaction with that party goes bad. If one looks at the 10,000 feedback sellers out there, dozens if not hundreds of negative feedbacks have been accumulated by these Powersellers. The illusion however is that these sellers are more trustworthy than the low feedback seller, simply because they sell more often.
