Ut’ Oh eBay… Google enters eCommerce – Best Match or Best Darn Search – You decide

Why oh Why eBay, did you not think of That! Hmmmm – maybe eBay can sign up for Google Commerce Search and scrap this whole “finding” experiment… Maybe with Google Merchant Center Search installed on eBay.com, the term Best Match might actually mean that the best product matching the search terms entered will be presented.

Inbound Links are SEO Fuel – Get New Inbound Links to Your Website or Blog

*

I have tried the old fashioned methods of web rings and I have gone through all of the can’t miss super affiliate long sales letter “Systems” for building links and page rank and ultimately traffic and I know there are very few easy or free ways to build up traffic to a site besides old fashioned content generation (some say free – I say valuable) and a well placed and yes – monetized link building plan.

Thanks to LinkedIn, I learned what an Ass Hat Award is… from the Daily Blonde

No matter what business you are in, no matter what you sell, no matter who you work for or if you are an attorney or a broker or a architect or a ditch digger – there are people out there that want to know what you know and they will find the information you publish – if you leave enough “clues” to follow.

The Vendio Platform is a complete eCommerce solution that includes a robust, feature-rich online store as well as item, order and customer management – all for free. No gimmicks.

Meetup.com – Getting Together – Business and Social Networking – Locally

No one would argue that as a civilization we as humans have evolved. From pre-historic times when humans huddled together in small groups to survive the rigors of the natural elements they lived within, to the days of vast nation states that massed the will of their people into one awe inspiring force. Social networks of all kinds have been at the core of the human experience.

Bonanzle Action Club Controversy – Evil Empire or Just Grass Roots Social Marketing

Bonanzle is a very interesting and ever expanding marketplace that has piqued mine and several thousand other peoples interest. The entire massive and ever expanding groundswell of acceptance has not come from 50 people repeating the same comments (something I have a problem with – please be original BAC members i.e. paraphrase your comments please) on several blogs. The interest has come both from within and from outside the community. The BAC members are simply reaching outside the site to make the site known to those who have never been exposed. From there the decision is completely in the consumers hands, try Bonanzle or not – it is up to the potential member. The BAC does nothing to trick or deceive people into trying the site.

The idea is simple, No BS eCommerce, eBay and eBusiness. Advertising & Promotion and Seth Godin – New Marketing

In my view, using the power of content and information in a small business is the new marketing plan. Inform, entertain, teach, share and contribute. Your customers want to know they can trust you, your customers will go where they can find out more information about your products. If you do not have a place for them to find that information, your customers will go elsewhere.

External Industry Perception – Opinion Matters – eBay

I have not seen how it works, but apparently ITS’s VINterchange system has the capability of automatically populating eBay listings with all of the OEM parts information needed to sell these parts to the public in a fast and efficient manner. This could revolutionize the used auto parts industry on eBay motors.

Paypal re: IRS – A "Small Percentage" PayPal Customers Process $20,000.00 Per Year

The following statement “a small percentage of PayPal customers are effected” by this impending IRS & Online sales tax issue, says little for PayPal or eBay as a route to business success . I mean… if the use of PayPal as a business solution to process payments from online sales, is a healthy concern, wouldnt more than a “small percentage” of PayPal users be effected by this IRS fact finding mission?

According to our recent Trading Assistant Journal/Polldaddy.com Poll, …with over 10% of the IMA membership responding, we can predict that the IMA has lost almost 50% of its membership to PeSA.
