eBay Stores are well known in the world of Internet commerce.  Many believe the inexpensive eBay feature known as an eBay Store is the key to drawing traffic to any eCommerce website. The positive effect of a well designed and stocked eBay stores website is well documented. 

Selling Real Estate on eBay has also been proven successful and is effective as a lead  and sales generation tool.  Therefore it seems quite interesting, almost unbelievable, that these two powerful eBay marketing tactics have yet to be joined with the creation of a well designed eBay Store for Real Estate.  Until Now...

The unique design of this eBay Stores real estate site is expected to create an influx of interest for the Realtor's Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach real estate listings.  Each property listed on eBay will gain worldwide exposure, not only within eBay but also through increased exposure to worldwide search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.  "This brings a whole new dimension of value to my advertising budget," said Jason Chalkley.

The image above is a "mock up" of the soon-to-be installed Jason Chalkley/Watson Real Estate eBay Store.  When the actual store is installed it will feature a cross advertising design powered by a unique Frooition software and control panel.  "Each real estate listing will interactively display similar listings from within the brokers store and it will do so on every listing through the eBay store website.  This is a crucial feature not available through any other design package to our knowledge," according to Scott Pooler (me) of iBusinessLogic & AllBusinessAuctions.com. "No matter how a visitor enters the site, they will view more than one property listing on a page. The design will encourage all visitors to surf all of the listings the realtor has available rather than simply click back to eBay or the search engine they came from when they are finished looking at the landing page." This feature is dynamically updated via the eBay API and does not need to be maintained. Simply launching new or additional listings will populate the cross selling engine that is a DesignLogic store powered by Frooition.

Jason Chalkley is a visionary when it comes to advertising real estate for his clients. He has invested in this custom designed eBay store with the express intention to draw new leads from the worldwide exposure eBay can provide.  "With the weak dollar and strong Euro, I hope to draw some European investors to my beautiful Florida beach properties through eBay," Jason Chalkley said. "Local Florida buyers will find our properties in the eBay store just as easily as foreign investors, so I see it as a win-win situation for my listings."

After the new store is installed Jason does not plan to stop with this initial phase of his real estate Internet marketing plan. Jason will call upon All Business Auctions to help him with inserting video tours of his listings as an added feature.  Jason has also started his first real estate WordPress blog with our help.  He plans on expanding his eBay listings with local area guides through digital download and possibly other real estate related merchandise in the future.

Cornerstone Commercial Supply is pleased to announce that after years of brick and mortar retail and wholesale sales of commercial carpet cleaning, janitorial and floor care supplies and equipment, that they are entering the exciting world of e-commerce as an internet and eBay seller!

The professionals at iBusinessLogic are bringing the world of Internet marketing to an established Brick and Mortar distributor of Carpet Cleaning supplies and equipment in the Tampa Bay area.

iBusinessLogic 's first task has been to set up the inventory of this commercial carpet cleaning distributor in electronic format and to enter it into the AuctionLogic business class ebay management software suite. We are proceeding with this project while we complete the design of the eBay stores templates with our DesignLogic and Frooition graphics and eBay stores certified designer teams. The eBay stores design and listing template is nearly complete but since we have all of this great product to promote, there is no reason to wait. We at All Business Auctions have begun the soft launch of this client onto eBay with a basic eBay stores design provided by eBay.


Once DesignLogic & Frooition has Cornerstone's new eBay store design completed they can simply do a quick install of the eBay store design without changing any of the items already running on eBay. One of the great features of our AuctionLogic software suite is that once the Cornerstone branded and customized eBay listing template is ready for use, we can simply choose to change the template of any store item from within our software without ever having to re-enter item description information or details. In addition we plan on developing informational products for this client. Digitally delivered info products are a great way to get a company brand and company links into the hands of a focused and targeted audience. The informational products ideas we have for this client are extensive and we fully intend on helping Cornerstone Commercial Supply inform and educate its customer base with Commercial carpet & floor care e-books, e-reports, e-reviews on equipment and other video and audio based informational products.

We have been working for years to reach a level which would allow All Business Auctions / iBusinessLogic to create comprehensive and effective Internet marketing plans which start with the awesome power of eBay traffic generation. As you can tell from previous posts I am very enthusiastic about our affiliation with the premier eBay stores designer in Europe and the U.K. - Frooition.

One of the most impressive aspects of the Frooition design of an eBay store is the cross selling capability.

We have have just created this new eBay stores design with our DesignLogic team in conjunction with Frooition in the U.K.

Cornerstone Supply is an established brick and mortar supplier of commercial carpet cleaning equipment and cleaning agents, specializing in heavy duty truck mounted carpet cleaning machines.

Our iBusinessLogic team of professionals and solutions will be bringing this company to eCommerce in a big way - starting with an eBay store designed by DesignLogic and powered by Frooition. This is a 2.0 ct Solitaire Near flawless and colorless round brilliant cut diamond mounted in a tested and stamped 18k solid white gold setting encrusted with over 80 secondary natural diamonds for a total carat weight of diamonds equalling 2.86 carats.
 

  • Was my trading assistant company just given this opportunity because we have an eBay sign on our front door?
  • Did we simply luck into this possible sale?
  • Is there any reason why we were chosen over any one of the reputable jewelers in our community?
