eBay has a problem with open communities for some reason.  But, since the post above has been broadcast to Twitter and Facebook and Friendfeed etc etc... And since I do own this URL where the actual EPN affiliate links reside, I think they may have trouble determining where the traffic actually originated. 

You are correct about the rule, but there is sometimes more than one way to skin a cat.
