I am listening to it right now, I have been using John’s method of giving free shipping on additional purchases all year but I think I need to improve my messaging.
I am also amused because I am using the slowdown to revamp my website, my blog, inventory is planned, nice new pix where needed and this is what Scott says we should be doing.
John, my business was built on and around eBay but the writing was on the wall two years ago and that is when I started thinking about life after eBay.
