Ebay best match has wasted me hundreds of pounds. We have 100% positive feedback, DSR ratings of 5, totally perfect account, and sometimes we rank, and then another day we dont!! They have massive bugs in best match and we are wasting our money while they get it working.

Just a follow up:

4) He says they want to develop the tool to be more “Commercial” grade and designed for mass-use. So expect a much simpler version of the tool to be released than the version we previously saw.

Things like individual word relevancy will be hard to incorporate in the new version of the tool.

But identifying which words are good and which are bad is more in line with what to expect. In a nutshell, the tool is offering too much data making it very complex to maintain.

Without individual word relevancy, what is the tool useful for?
I mean the whole point of the tool to determine the best keyword relevancy as it relates to BEST MATCH. With that functionality removed, why have the tool?
